Employment Relationships Act

The Employment Relationships Act is Slovenia's central labor law regulating individual employment relationships. It regulates the employment contract, rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from the employment relationship, the protection of certain categories of workers, the exercise and protection of rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from the employment relationship, and the operation and protection of trade union representatives.
